Guests are to vacate their rooms and Carpark by 10.00am.
Check-in
Rooms are available for check in from 15:00-18:00. We make every attempt to facilitate check in within these times, however, on certain days this may not be possible.
Equally, if rooms are available at an earlier time during the day then you are more than welcome to check in at an earlier time.
Car parking
The hotel has a car park which is free of charge but has limited spaces.
Car parking spaces are on a first come first serve basis, and cannot be reserved in advance.

The staff and owner at the Laurels hotel guest house. Thank you for a lovely couple of days, this is one of the nicest guest houses we’ve stayed in in Skegness. We loved the especially the balcony, that was an extra special treat. The shower was lovely and the room was perfect! Thank you again we would stay here again 100%. (The location was perfect as well.)

Great staff, felt welcome from start to finish, quiet comfortable room great location balcony was a bonus! Top up was offered at breakfast to ensure you had plenty to eat staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Look forward to re booking again thank you all for a great week
